Lock and Talk Lewis County promotes the importance of limiting access to lethal means for a person with suicide thoughts, and we teach anyone how to have conversations that can save lives using a variety of evidence-based skills trainings.

"This group focuses on teaching youth how mental wellness affects your whole health and how to gage where their wellness is. The workbook helps youth learn self-care and how to be self-compassionate. We will focus on the 8 dimensions of wellness so individuals can learn how to bring their wellness level to where they would like it to be."
