"Homeless housing/rental assistance services are offered to residents in Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence counties to homeless individuals. "Peer services which are non-clinical support services provided by individuals who have lived experience related to substance use and/or mental illness. Our peers help others who are in similar situations to achieve their recovery goals. Peer services can include outreach, engagement, advocacy, coaching, mentoring, recovery planning, and linkage to community resources."
