"Health Insurance Information Counseling and Assistance Program (HIICAP) is a federally-funded program from the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and is administered by the New York State Office for the Aging.HIICAP provides you and your loved ones with information, education and counseling about Medicare and other health insurances. Trained staff and volunteers will answer your questions."

Ombudsman help residents (nursing home, assisted living, licensed adult care homes) understand and exercise their rights to good care in an environment that promotes and protects their dignity and quality of life.

Drop In Social Group for persons who are no longer in school and have a disability.

Services for persons with a disability to help prepare individuals for work (volunteer or paid). Skills taught may include: communication, time-managment, finances, computer skills, office equipment skills, etc.

Support and assistance for families to understand and support an adult member's diagnosis.

Mental Health Community Partners Program (MHCP) supports adults and youth aged 12+ with high mental health needs (e.g. serious mental illness or emotional disturbance) through major life transitions (e.g. from treatment to community) with the support of Chosen Supporters.

For youth ages 5-21years of age with a psychiatric diagnosis who are Medicaid eligible
