"Community Action Planning Council coordinates various holiday services with other agencies in the community, such as Holiday Angels, a program that ensures that children of low-income families have gifts to open on Christmas morning. "

Using a strength-based case management approach, Family Center staff recognize the uniqueness of each family, offering assistance, information about available resources, and referrals to other community agencies. Services include food and nutrition assistance, educational programming, tax preparation, housing/utility assistance, and holiday programs."
