Youth Services - Comprehensive Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention (CAPP)

"The CAPP program focuses on pregnancy prevention and the promotion of sexual health among adolescents ages 10 to 21, including those pregnant and parenting.  Partnering with local school districts; CAPP Sexual Health Educators are available to meet with adolescents one-on-one to discuss decision making, healthy choices, and complete referrals. Our CAPP educators work closely with LGBTQ+ young people by co-facilitating Gender and Sexuality Alliances in schools and volunteering with community groups."

"NCPPC Navigators offer help in applying for health insurance on the New York State of Health Marketplace.

Navigators also assist in locating providers and pharmacies that work with insurance plans and offer education on topics such as co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance. "
